Latvian painter.
Lived and worked in Tukums. In 1920th arranged his first exhibition of drawings and watercolors, while in 1922nd his drawings were published in the youth magazine "Jaunibas Tekas". From 1925 to 1942nd with interruptions studied in Latvian Academy of Art, department of Paintings.
Participated in exhibitions since 1936th. In Personal exhibitions 1977, 1978, 1984, in Riga, Madona and Tukums.
