Return Policy

In accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Latvia, goods purchased in the online store can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The characteristics of the goods are indicated in the description of each product. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color tone of the goods in the online store may not correspond to the real color tone of the goods, due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer. The goods must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, stating this in writing.

To return the goods, send an application to info@artembassy.lv , which must include the order number, product code, name, quantity and reason for return (optional).

When returning goods, the Customer must be guided by the following rules:
The returned item should preferably be in its original packaging.
We recommend that you carefully open the packaging when you receive the product.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer is responsible for the use of the product that exceeds the purpose of testing the product, for the use of the product during the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal that is incompatible with the principle of good faith, as well as for the decrease in the value, quality and safety of the product. The withdrawal must be submitted in writing, in a free form.

The returned product must be in the same condition as it was when the Customer received it. If this rule is not followed, the amount of funds returned to the Customer will be reduced by the extent to which the Customer has damaged the product (smeared, torn, lost a component of the product, etc.). When returning the product, it is mandatory to submit its purchase document; The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the Customer's returned products if the terms of return of products have not been followed. The return of products must be carried out in accordance with the procedure specified by the Seller. The Customer must pay the costs of returning the products. The money for the returned product is returned by making a transfer to the payer's bank account.

Product packaging in case of return:
A packaging bag is preferred.
We recommend returning the product with all product tags, which will serve as proof to the Customer that the product was purchased in the online store www.artembassy.lv
